Location Sharing & Services
QuicKredit app collects location data to enable location-based services even when the app is closed
or not in use, and it is also used to support advertising.
Location sharing allows us and our third-party solution partners to gather and use information
based on the current location of your device to provide a variety of location-based services. For
example, the app would like to know whether you are in Malaysia (where the app and website are
operated) or in another country.
By enabling Location Services for your devices, you agree and consent to the transmission,
collection, maintenance, processing, and use of your location data and location search queries by
QuicKredit and its partners to provide and improve location-based products and services.
You can disable Location Services at any time. To do so, go to Settings > Apps > App Info >
Permissions > Location, and tap Deny to switch off your mobile device's QuicKredit app location-
sharing function.
Usage of Contact List
QuicKredit app does not upload your contact list information to our servers, and all usage of your
contact list is strictly local.
We may use your contact list information solely to provide you with personalized and relevant
content, such as suggestions for friends or connections who you may know, or to improve our
contact service.
We do not share your contact list information with any third parties unless required by law or as
outlined in this privacy policy.
We may also use your contact list to invite your friends or colleagues to use our service, but only if
you have given us explicit permission to do so.
You can disable the usage of contact list at any time. To do so, go to Settings > Apps > App Info
> Permissions > Contacts and tap Deny to switch off QuicKredit app contact list sharing function on
your mobile device.
Loan Terms and Costs
1. Loan Tenure:
The loan tenure for our services typically ranges from a minimum of 3 months to a
maximum of 12 months for unsecured loans, and a minimum of 3 months to 36 months
for secured loans.
2. Interest Rates and Late Payment Charges:
Unsecured Loans: The maximum annual interest rate for unsecured loans is 18%.
Additionally, QuicKredit will charge an annual 8% late payment interest on the arrears
if they are not paid on or before the due date.
Secured Loans: For secured loans, the maximum annual interest rate is capped at 12%.
Like unsecured loans, QuicKredit will charge an annual 8% late payment interest on the
arrears if they are not paid on or before the due date.
3. Example of Total Loan Cost:
As an example, let's consider a loan scenario:
Loan Amount: RM1,000.00
Stamp Duty: 0.5% of the loan amount
Attestation Fee: RM20
Net Disbursement to Borrower: RM1,000 RM5 (Stamp Duty) RM20 (Attestation
Fee) = RM975.00

Disclosure to Third Party

subsidiaries, associate companies, and jointly controlled entities, and in doing so we will comply
with all applicable laws and regulations.
