Q1. What types of loans does QuicKredit offer?

QuicKredit offers two types of loans: secured loans and unsecured loans.

To apply for a QuicKredit loan, you can download the QuicKredit app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

To apply for a QuicKredit loan, you need to provide your IC, payslip, and the latest 3 months' bank statement.

If you fail to make timely repayments, QuicKredit will charge 8% late payment interest per annum on the principal amount if it remains unpaid after 5 days from the due date. QuicKredit reserves the right to terminate the agreement and take legal action if the loan defaults.

The loan tenure typically ranges from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 12 months for unsecured loans, and a minimum of 3 months to 36 months for secured loans.

QuicKredit offers a loan limit for unsecured loans typically ranging from RM1,000 up to RM10,000, with interest rates not exceeding 18% per annum. For secured loans, the loan limit generally ranges from RM1,000 up to RM1,000,000, with interest rates not exceeding 12% per annum.

The minimum loan tenure is 3 months and the maximum loan tenure is 2 years (24 months).

The Interest Rates for secured loan is 12% p.a. and non secured loan is 18% respectively.

You will be notified via email on the status of your application, whether it is approved or declined. If your loan is approved, you are required to come to our office and sign the loan agreement.

Loan approval and disbursement are within 10-15 working days. This is subject to full documentation and information received by us.

The funds will be disbursed to your QuicKredit Balance, MasterCard Prepaid Card or your CASA bank account.

Late Charge is when the loan repayment is not paid until overdue date and the charge is 8% p.a. calculated on unpaid instalment amount from default date of repayment until the instalment amount is paid.

There is no Early Settlement Fee charge when the loan is settled ahead of your loan tenure.

Yes, once the loan is approved, you will be notified. You are required to read through the loan agreement, watching the video about your loan contract via your Quickredit app. You may proceed with digital signing once you have confirmed to take loan.

Yes, so long you have not accepted and signed the loan agreement.

The monthly installment is calculated based on the following formula:
Formula = {Principal(P) + (P X Tenure(years) X Interest Rate)} Tenure(months)

No. The increase or reduction of the loan tenure is not allowed once you have signed the loan agreement.

You can apply for a second QuicKredit Personal Loan, provided the first QuicKredit Personal Loan is fully settled or if you have not fully use up your credit limit and the credit limit is at least RM 1000 or above.

Once the loan is approved and disbursed, you are not allowed to restructure the monthly payment for the duration of the loan tenure.

No, interest rates are fixed and pre-determined at the point of loan approval, depending on the loan amount approved.

Late payment fee will be imposed and the outstanding amount will accrue in the event you default your repayment. If you have problems meeting your loan obligations, contact us early to discuss repayment alternatives.

The extra payment you paid will be treated as an advance payment to reduce your installment in the following month. You will not be able to redraw the extra payment made.

Your statement will be sent upon request and the charge is RM5 upon request.
